With regular software changes, digital updates, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) moving into much of our business activities, it is hard to keep on top of the latest initiatives and how you can integrate these into your business systems.
This session will explore your options, enable you to map out business processes and see what opportunities are out there to support you and your business digitally.
We have a great panel of knowledgeable speakers who will be sharing their expertise, tools and techniques and experience with you, so you can be more informed on how you can make digital tools work for your business productivity.

Michael Gardiner, our Digital Development Specialist will introduce you to the concepts and opportunities of digital productivity for your business to innovate and increase efficiency.
John Grierson from Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS) will be discussing how businesses across all sectors can optimise their business processes, maximise output and implement sustainable practices that drive profit.
Joanne Johnstone, Business and Facilities Coordinator at AIMS (Advancing Innovative Manufacturing in the South of Scotland Project) will be talking about how Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems can streamline your business and how AIMS have been supporting local businesses to access these systems in the South of Scotland.
Anmol Kumar, AIMS Technical Officer is excited to share how AIMS leverages robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence to optimise operational efficiency and production capabilities for local businesses.
Colin McNally, Director at CJM Consultancy will be speaking on how to use digital accountancy systems to make you and your business more productive, including utilising AI.
Jordan Yardley, our Data Analyst will talk you through Microsoft’s interactive data visualisation software, Power BI and how it can support your business.
