Business Breakfast events offer further chance to shape future of South
Businesses and social enterprises are being offered an additional opportunity to give their views on what the priorities should be for the local economy through three Business Breakfasts in March 2022.
The breakfast events will aim to supplement our current engagement tour, with feedback from all engagement tour and breakfast sessions feeding into our first ever three year Action Plan, due to be published this summer.
Full details and how to sign up
Two of the breakfast dates take place in Dumfries and Galashiels, alongside a virtual event.
- Monday 21 March, 8am to 10.30am - Dumfries, Crichton Central
- Friday 25 March, 8am to 9.30am - online
- Monday 28 March, 8am to 10.30am - Galashiels, The Great Tapestry of Scotland Visitor Centre
After initial registration offering refreshments and breakfast selection, the meeting will run from 8.15am to 9.30am, with an optional last hour at Dumfries and Galashiels for additional refreshments and an opportunity to chat with other attendees and SOSE representatives.
You can still sign up to any of the Business Breakfasts.
COVID-19 precautions
As is the case with the engagement tour, attendee safety will remain paramount at the Business Breakfasts, with measures in place at Dumfries and Galashiels to help minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
We will continually review our arrangements, in line with any new Scottish Government COVID-19 guidance.
